We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to:

• Leverage new Generative AI advances to create tools that automatically find & fix issues in datasets alongside MIT PhDs, who are veterans of the top tech companies in the world.

• Pioneer scalable ML practices to supportndeployment of cutting-edge products for customers like Amazon & Google. The platform has several tools that automatically find & fix issues in datasets.

• Collaborate with companies across diverse industries to tackle high-impact Data/AI challenges.

• Lead and inspire a brilliant team of ML engineers in building the most effective Data-Centric AI platform.

• Contribute to the community through publishing articles and open-source code.

What you'll need:

•  Ph.D. in Machine Learning from a highly recognized university or equivalent tech industry experience.

• 5+ years of experience, in a fast-paced, product-focused environment at a mix of startups and top tech enterprises

• Notable publications or other industry recognition.

• Exceptional Python skills and experience in productionizing code/models in cloud environments.

• A history of early-stage or founder experience at a venture-backed tech company is strongly preferred.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• $190,000 - $260,000 a year

• Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience.
