Our department in the Data & Analytics function works with each of the businesses to enable adoption of data and utilize analytics to enhance our products and services to our clients.

As our Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the vital cog in the seamless functioning of our data analytics and visualization endeavors. Collaborating closely with our data insights squad, you will have diversity in your daily tasks – from lending support and coordination to ensure the effortless completion of tasks, to problem-solving and removing obstacles in our path. Communication is another vital factor in your role. You’ll liaise with requestors to maintain our high standard of service, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and support to the Data Insights team, aiding in the swift resolution of incidents and challenges
  • Define sprint goals and ensure JIRA items are clearly defined and understood by the squad. Also assist in estimating required resources for planned and completed tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for processes’ improvements and efficiency enhancements, focusing on practical, incremental changes that ensure ongoing operational excellence
  • Create, review, and update internal documentation related to our processes, standards, methodologies. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our operations remain transparent and efficient
  • Act as a liaison between the Data Insights team and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding service delivery, prioritization, status and developments of our projects, way of collaboration and incident management
  • Guide and train internal/external stakeholders on how to use our reports to maximize their value

About you:

  • 3+ years experience in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Experience in a coordination or support role within data engineering, business intelligence, or a similar technical environment
  • Good skills in SQL and Tableau. Solid understanding of ETL processes
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a positive approach to challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capability of explaining technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Higher education
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross.
