As our new Data Analyst, you will:
- Be the person to go to with all the data-related questions for different departments such as Product, Finance, Compliance, People, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find answers and solutions to different issues that the business is facing.
- Present findings to the relevant parties with possible solutions.
- Create possibilities to track the performance of different domains using Tableau, SQL, and other tools at the disposal.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to load and model the data so it can be used for further analysis and dashboarding.
- Explore data sets to identify data-related issues and collaborate with different teams to have them fixed.
- Contribute to making data a cornerstone in the decision-making process.
What you need to be successful:
- High proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, especially SQL, to perform complex data manipulations and analysis tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Tableau.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes to be able to work effectively with Data Engineers.
- The capability to understand complex processes and see how they might impact data-related insights and, also how data can help to streamline processes inside different areas of the organization.
- Strong visualization skills, capacity to deliver insights through storytelling using different tools in the disposition.
- Understanding of business performance measures and the ability to interpret and assess them to help organization leadership make better-informed decisions.
- Experience owning a project from conception to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
