Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Customer Master Data Management within Order to Cash process teams is tasked with overseeing the design of Master Data Model for customers, management and integration of customer data within the ERP system. This role focuses on establishing a robust master data framework that supports strategic commercial and financial objectives, enhancing customer relationship management, sales effectiveness, and financial accuracy. It will be pivotal to ensuring Pernod Ricard's customer data is well structured and serving all functions
Your key missions:
- Customer Data Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for customer master data management, as a functional model and then define how it will be managed, in interaction with the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support commercial and financial processes.
- Integration of Commercial Finance Insights: Utilize commercial finance experience to enrich customer data management practices, incorporating financial segmentation, credit risk analysis, and sales performance metrics into the MDM strategy (as examples).
- ERP System Customization for MDM: Work with the MDM Tech team and ERP tech teams to customize and configure the systems for optimal management of customer data, facilitating seamless integration with sales, marketing, and finance modules.
- Data Governance and Quality Control: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high-quality customer data. Implement regular data audits and cleansing routines to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration with Sales and Finance Teams: Serve as a liaison between Tech, sales, and finance departments, aligning customer data management with sales strategies and financial reporting requirements

- Master's degree in engineering or business school
- Required 10 years minimum of experience
- Experience in lead commercial / head of an entity, Global brands experience appreciated
- Master Data Management expertise and tech savviness necessary
- Project management skills to effectively coordinate MDM initiatives
- Knowledge of MDM Tools (Ex. Semarchy)
- Knowledge of data governance framework & regulations
- Experience in consumer goods industry
- SAP Savy is a nice to have
- English is mandatory, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory
