WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our Core team and play a pivotal role in building and advancing the AI platform for our agency management software, Productive.

This role pays a salary range of:

• EUR 3,000 – 5,000 gross for an employment contract
• EUR 3,600 – 6,000 for a B2B contract

With an equity grant of:

• USD 24,500 - 33,000 in stock options (4 years with 1 year cliff)

ABOUT THE JOB

This job requires balancing technical problem-solving, optimizing for delivery and stability, and sharing knowledge with other team members.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain the AI platform for Productive, including LLM integration made in Python
• Implement AI-driven features to enhance the user experience and efficiency of agency management processes
• Collaborate with other product teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into Productive
• Optimize and improve the performance and scalability of our AI algorithms and models
• Establish a continuous testing and training strategy for our AI models
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI

With the rest of the team, you will build a resilient, service-oriented architecture and deploy your code daily without fear of breaking things.

The Core team in Productive builds the platform-level features used across the product - such as Automations, Custom Fields, Permissions Sets, AI, Reporting etc...

Let’s See If We’re a Match

The ideal candidate for Productive is a software engineer with 5+ years of industry experience building software products focusing on AI.

If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics, we will be happy to meet you:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and Javascript
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
• Experience with integrating AI models and algorithms into software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Great communication skills
