Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

About the opportunity:
You will be KarmaCheck’s first Business Intelligence hire. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the ability to take ownership over all aspects of internal reporting and analytics. In this role you’ll help drive decisions by providing data and insights to all levels of the organization to further inform strategic initiatives.

What you will do: 
-Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the backlog of business reporting requirements with stakeholders.-Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, aiming to optimize and enhance communications.-Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners.-Create documentation on all analysis results for stakeholders and Leadership.-Recommend and implement a Data Visualization tool.-Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.-Capability to drive an independent work stream in the context of a broader team project.-Own all internal reporting and analysis efforts in the organization.
Requirements: 
-Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quantitative thinking and analysis.-Ability to work independently within a broader team project.-Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or other data visualization tools.-Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.-A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, as well as recommending improvements.-Excellent communication skills for conveying insights and findings to diverse audiences.-If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your analytical skills to drive business decisions and contribute to the growth of the organization's BI capabilities, this role is an excellent fit for you.
